I offer online and in-person therapy in London for individuals and couples, providing a safe and supportive space for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling Society (NCS), I adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards.
My practice is based on relationship dynamics, trauma, and recovery from addiction. The experience of personal therapy profoundly changed my life and has shaped an approach grounded in insight, empathy, and lived experience.
My perspective is integrative, drawing on the work of Bader-Pearson, Pia Mellody, and Gabor Maté. My approach explores how past experiences shape present behaviours, emotions, and relationships and helps clients break free from unhelpful patterns and move towards greater self-awareness and fulfilment.
Beyond my private practice, I train & supervise addiction recovery specialists & facilitate workshops and group therapy for charities and social enterprises. I have provided therapy within the NHS, and have worked in residential treatment, supporting young adults with their recovery from addiction.
