Workplace wellbeing support for organisations
Workplace wellbeing – sometimes called workplace wellness – is about how the people in your organisation cope with pressure, communicate and support each other.
I offer therapeutic workplace wellbeing support for businesses, charities, social enterprises and other organisations, shaped around your staff, your setting and what you want to achieve.

Who it’s for
Employee wellbeing support shaped around your organisation
This work may suit organisations that want thoughtful input on employee wellbeing – for example where teams are under sustained pressure, where staff support others in demanding roles, or where communication has become strained.
Rather than a fixed package, any corporate wellbeing work is agreed with you first: the aims, who it is for, the format and the boundaries.
Where a group format is the right fit, you can read more about workplace wellbeing workshops and group sessions.

What to expect
How workplace wellbeing services are agreed
Every piece of work starts with a conversation about what your organisation needs.
Together we look at your aims, who the support is for, possible formats and the boundaries of the work, so that it fits your setting rather than being a generic wellbeing session.
Support may be therapeutic, educational, reflective or a combination of these, and can be a one-off or ongoing.
This is wellbeing support, not occupational health, HR or clinical treatment.
