ADHD coaching for adults
ADHD coaching is practical, goal-focused support for adults who want to get things done in a way that fits how their mind works.
Rather than looking back, adult ADHD coaching looks forward: at your goals, your week and the strategies that help you follow through.

Who it’s for
Adult ADHD coaching for everyday goals
Adult ADHD coaching may suit you if you have ideas and plans but find it hard to organise them, keep routines going, or manage your time and priorities.
It can be useful at work, in study or at home – wherever you want more structure and fewer things slipping through the cracks.
Coaching focuses on the practical side. If you also want space to explore feelings such as shame, overwhelm or frustration, adult ADHD therapy may suit you better, and the two can complement each other.

What to expect
How ADHD coaching works
Coaching is collaborative and practical: you set the goals, and we work out the steps together.
We look at what you want to achieve, what tends to get in the way and which strategies might help, then review what works for you over time.
Coaching does not treat or cure ADHD, and it is not a substitute for medical care. It is a structured, supportive way to work on day-to-day goals.
About your coach
A coach with a therapy background
I am a therapist registered with BACP and NCPS, and I offer ADHD coaching alongside therapy.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental: coaching should feel encouraging, not like another place where you feel you are falling behind.
Experienced and accredited
